About Us
Robert and Eileen Tomlinson originated from a small, 30-acre mixed farm in Shropshire. Their sons were already taking an interest in farming and they realised there was a need to expand so they took the opportunity to buy Pen y Palmant Farm in Minera, Wrexham in the June 1978.
In 1983, Philip and John
Tomlinson started canvassing local residents around Wrexham and
quickly realised that there was a demand for farm-fresh bottled
milk and started up a doorstep delivery. Their reputation grew for
quality and service and so did demand, as a result they built a
dedicated dairy next to the farm. They now supply over 300 outlets
across Wales, the Midlands and the Northwest of England, producing
over 25 million litres of fresh milk a year.
In 2012 we will move to the brand new dairy, just across the
road from the old one, over 70,000 square feet in size and fitted
with the latest equipment it has the capacity to produce in excess
of 100 million litres of milk a year.
